I've been playing for 9 months and i'm now working on consolodating all that i know and perfecting it. But now after 9 months of playing i've realised my tone was rubbish and the rhythm terrible. I'd love to hear some actual recordings because i remember after two weeks of playing i thought i could play about 20 riffs from michael jackson to Rhcp. I gotta say that i dont believe half of you when you say you can play 10 songs after 2 weeks.

You just talking about the main riffs aye?Ĭos the solo and all is **** hard. They're all pretty easy but, hey, take it easy on me. XXXI.Ěngel With the Scabbed Wings – Marrilyn Manson XXX.Ĝan’t Stop – Red Hot Chilli Peppers XXIV.ěouncing off the walls again – Sugarcult XXIII.ěy the Way – Red Hot Chilli Peppers XIX.ĝandy Warhols – We used to be friends…* Sad Sigh * :( The list of songs I suggest (long list sorry, It's virtually everything I can play, me being nooby and all) I dunt belive you you only played for 5 months.lairĮasy songs:pretty much anything by blink and 'basketcase'Green Day

Keep rocking on and I have to say this.I LOVE mxtabs freaking huge source of CORRECT tabs most of the time, definately the best tab site I know. Ok WOW I didn't know I knew THAT many songs hahahaha, oh well, there's a nice list for all of the other beginners out there, hope that gives some of you something to practice :) If I think of any more, I'll add to the list. Our Lady Peace - Stealing Babies (some barre chord practice)Įric Clapton's version of Classical Gas (lol joking, although, I have learned the intro, which isn't way too tough, a little tricky, but very possible for a beginner if they keep at it) Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Under the Bridge

Tom Petty - Runnin' Down a Dream (chorus is pretty easy)ĭisturbed - Prayer (intro isn't that bad) Some songs that I know and are pretty easy are:Ī Perfect Circle - 3 Libras (nice finger picking practice :) )
